The best thing about BBQ rotisseries is the waiting although it can be the worst thing too, watching a slowly turning piece of meat cook in front of your eyes can be both very satisfying to watch and extremely frustrating if you are very hungry and want it now! It’s not only the visual spectacle of the BBQ rotisseries that makes them so enduring at BBQs, they also ensure that the meat is thoroughly and evenly cooked due to the way the meat is turned and it can even be used to grill a piece of meat. So it’s both safe and nice to watch.
BBQs are meant to be fun and relaxing occasions with lots of food that it’ll either make you wonder if a coronary bypass will be required when you wake up in the morning or if you’ll even be able to get up in the morning. Then again that’s the beauty of a BBQ, it is meant to be one of those moments in life when noone cares about what they eat as long they’re having fun.
